IPO & Polycom Soundstation2

We have an IP Office 406V2 with 3.0.40, and we are trying to connect a Polycom Soundstation2 in our conference room. I have it plugged into an analog port on our Analog 8 Module, the port is configured for the extension, the phone can dial out, receive calls, etc. Trying to get the phone to conference 2 calls together however is proving to be difficult. Polycom told me the feature of conferencing 2 lines together is the job of the line (which would be controlled by the IPO in this case). I have setup a Conference Meet-me to get around this problem, but now I would like to be able to transfer a call either made or received on the Soundstation to the conference bridge. Is this possible on an analog extension? Has anyone ever used a Soundstation2 with an IPO before? Thanks for any help.

Can you flash on a polycom soundstation to put a call on hold like on a normal analogue phone? If you can place one call and flash to put on hold, place second call and flash to hold then dial the SC for conference add, which is *47 by default.

Yes that's how we had to add it with the new Sound Station 2. It's annoying, as when you get the 2nd call, a "join" button comes up, but the polycom doesn't know the conference add does it, so you need to dial *47. It's a shame, as I don't think you can program the "Join" button that appears.

Thank you! The *47 worked for the ad-hoc conferencing. Now, is there anyway to transfer a call on hold (after hitting flash) to another extension or a conference bridge from the Soundstation2? Thanks again for the help.
