We have an IPO 412 running 4.1 and have 10 licenses for PM Pro. I have 9 agents setup for Pro in manager. Over a few days time, these users are losing their PRO status and dropping down to LITE users. I have verified that my keyserver is running and it appears fine. I have restarted the keyserver service but they still were not able to login as PRO users. If I restart the IPO 412 the users are again able to login as PRO users. This has been a constant battle over the past week or so. I think because we just added 3 new PRO users where we did just have 6 PRO users before even though we have always had the 10 licenses.
Any ideas as to how I might be able to solve this? BTW, were are running VM Pro 4.1 (40). Would an upgrade to the latest 4.2 release help? I have searched and searched for anything related to this on Avaya's site and have come up empty.
