IPO Paging

Has anyone run into this issue....?

IPO 8.1.43, all 9608 ip sets.

User A has gone into their phone menu to change personal settings, User B makes an ALL PAGE to the sets. User A gets kicked out of the phone menu and hears the page. Hearing the page isn't the issue, but getting kicked out of programming is.
User A would also get kicked out if they happen to be accessing Visual Voice at the time of the page. Once User A has begun listening to a message, they do not get booted.

Any thoughts are greatly appreciated.

There is a settings for this in the menu i think but i cannot check now how it is called.
