ipo onex porta R10.0 to R11 Upgrade portal not starting

Hi,

We have upgraded a one-x portal from R10 to R11 on a windows 2012R2 server.

Since when we connect to the user interface or admin interface, we get the log in page without all the pictures and can't log in.

We already uninstall/reinstall, same issue, server restart we get the same issue.

Also after waiting 20 minutes.
Is it something special to do when upgrading onexportal to R11 ?
