Currently calls go to the Announcment then HG ..

They dont want a profile for night service so i created a night service HG. How can a create a button so when they leave the office then cab just make the nightservice message active,,

at the moment out of hours is call fwd to a mobile so i would still like this to happen after the Night
service message

thanks

instead of a night service time profile, add a set hg night service button to one of the phones,

toggles on and off

Never argue with an idiot. bystanders won't be able to tell the difference.

did that, it lets me type 198 but cant see done any where on the screen.. on the left is shows NSHG- how does it work... ?

under the button programming you need to assign the group you want it to apply to from the drop down

On the button you created you need to set the action data to be the group number you want to put into Night service.

The rest of your programming is wrong then, Step by step from Incoming call route how is it configured?

shall i email the cfg file might be easier ?

If you press the "Set HuntGroup Night Service" button and it is asking you to enter a group you have probably used the wrong button. You likely selected the "Set Night Service Group" button instead which would allow you to change the night service's destination but not actually enable night service.

The way you have it no calls will ever hit that group 198, it has gone into night service but that will not affect calls. At the moment calls come into group 200 which has no members in I assume this is to give them an announcment, it then overflows to 199 with the Receptionist in, if she presses her forward unconditional button the callers will get the announcment you set and then go to the mobile. Have you setup a different announcment in group 198 (queue message)?

yes calls goto 200 then over flow to the announcment then 203 rings... 198 has not been set up yes,, not sure what to do

incooming - 200 with Announcment on timer is set on the over flow to 199 with user 203 in... 203 as call fwd to mobile when they leave the office...

I can alter the config you sent to make it work the way you want, but do you want it to go to the same mobile number? And I will need to change the group that is going into night service and create a virtual user that will be doing the forwarding.

How did you create the announcment on group 200, as you need to do the same for 198 with the night announcment.

Any reason why Hayle is in the Nightservice group?
Also you don't need the forward unconditional off button on the reception phone, the on button toggles it on and off, also the Time of day button is not needed on 5410 or 20 handsets anymore it displays this anyway :)

Sent the config back to you amended, have a look and see if you can follow how it works :)
