IPO Licensing

To Avaya BPs - has Avaya changed the licensing site? We are a BP and unable to login in - I sent a request to Avaya but they say that only Avaya employees can have access. We have always logged in in the past and were able to input certificates to a key and generate licenses.

I recently had trouble with it as well.
I had to have them reset my password.
I got no response from the email that I sent for several days.
It amazes me that the group you have to contact for this is only accessible via email. They have no phone?!?! Unbelievable for a communications company. <Rant>
After those several days of no response I started psycho emailing them. I sent the same email 6 times in a row within about 5 minutes.
I finally got a response that they do not set up new logins for business partners.
I responded that I already had a login and needed the password reset.
They finally did so.
It took about a week to finally get it done.
Whew!

You can always contact your Distributor who can reset this within a few minutes, as they have access to the ADI site. However if you are not working with the top two this will not be the case, i.e. Crane and Westcon

It depends on the country you are in, who is the best (NOT biggest) in your country? And why?
I cannot have a objective opinion because i work for the far best vendor........ i think.
