IPO install wizard login failure

I have my first IPO 406v2 and am trying to set it up. I can ping it.

I enter manager or wizard and when I put in the MAC address and 'password' address and it tells me "Invalid Logon".

I got the MAC from doing an 'arp -a' on my laptop, that did not work. I tried using the S/N on the tag on the back of unit because it was 12 digit hex number but that did not help either.

I am stumped.

Try entering the IP address instead of the MAC address
