IPO Divert for an external number

Hi,

Any help asap would be great. So id like to thanks in advance.

So basically im relatively new to IPO and someone who isnt in the office today usually does this but we would like groups to be diverted to certain external numbers.

So if someone rings sales it would ring the external number 1
and if someone rang support it would ring external number 2 etc..

I have the manager application for IPO and its V9.

So when should it forward, directly or after a while or...

Hi so basically we are the BP but im not the guy who usually deals with this, im usually networking but i know my way around. And can it be set to be forwarded for an X amount of time ? So lets say 12-5pm

Think the easiest way if you're not used to it is to set a time profile on the incoming call route and divert it to an external number, or via a forwarded user.
