IPO Call Reporter Fault!

Hi Everyone,

Found this place after some googling so hope someone can help.

In short, we use a single wallboard account to have 5 different hunt groups on screen with the tabs auto switching every 5 seconds (I know CCR isn't designed to work like that).

However yesterday the stats started to go wrong asked to install siverlight instead of dispalyng the wallboard. After 'reinstalling' silverlight it still would not work and kept prompting to install silverlight.

Fast forward to this morning I am now getting an error when trying to login:

"The specified account cannot currently be licensed. System licenses are: Wallboard (0)"

And in the admin page I have the following errors.

Any ideas???
 
EDIT: The web client fault occured after I tried to restart the service.
 
reboot machine.
Those services are tempermental when everything is not perfect.

 
We have the IPO machine hosted on .201 and the AVAYA systema and call storage on .129 and the switch is on .9 which machine do you refer to ? =)

That's usually what I do, but I'm reluctant to throw 40 phone users off the network =P
 
CarGoSki wanted to tell you to start your CCR server.
