Anyone every hear of this being accomplished?

Nice sits in front of the IPO on the PRI ? using cti to talk to the ipo ?

Have looked into nice, they had the integration but we never went ahead.

Wat information do you need.
It works for every brand because its in front of the PABX.

Pri in the Nice ---> out to PABX.

More then one way to integrate NICE products big70 depending on what you are looking for out of it. Trunk side logging is only one way to skin that cat. Other ways can include a CTI api or require some proprietary integration.
