Hi guys! There's a weird behavior in our Receptionist phone. We are using J179 and IPO 11. Here's the scenario:
When there's an incoming call it always ring 2 times then drop and then it will ring again for 2 times. When I look at the SSA it shows. Prealerting > Incoming Alert with customer number then > Idle > Prealerting > Incoming Alert with external number instead of customer number as long as the receptionist answered. But it the caller side it's continuous ringing. We have analogue lines.
