IPO an reporting problems

Hi All,

We own here IPO since 2 years now. And we have never been able to get accurate report, and now this hole thing is driving me nuts. I have few questions which I hope someone have some answer.

I have Delta Server 4.0.29.

In System Summary Raport the longest waiting lost say 15:30, but if I check in Lost Call CLI report it tells me the longuest waiting lost is 25:45. Why thoose two report tells me someting different?

Why in the report Incoming DID Summary it give me some data only for «Call answ. within 15 second) and gives my nothing for the rest (for 30,45,60 and 999). And we all know that some people have wait 23 min?

Again in system summary the Longest Waiting Answered is 23 seconds? Why I seen in the call status that day that a lot of people have wait more than 5 minutes before someone answered?

Do you guys have the same kinds problem with IPO or it's my system who is not configured well? A phone system without the possibilities to get accurate rapport is a useless phone system.

Some of these problems - the shortish answere tmes are probably due to VM.

If you VM answeres calls (inc queing)
check the reporting flag in you VM actions to make sure that it is not set to flag calls as answered
