IPO Admin Suite 9.0.2.860 Install Failed

Dear all,

I have tried to install IPO Admin Suite 9.0.2.860 but failed with following error:

Error 1330. A file that is required cannot be installed
because the cabinet file D:\IPO\...\American.cab has
an invalid digital signature. This may indicate that the
cabinet file is corrupt. Error 24580 was returned by
WinVerifyTrust.

OS is Windows Server 2003 R2

Can anyone help to solve it. Thanks

Install Admin Suite 9.0.1.0.845 success in same PC

I had the same problem, install all the windows update, rebooted and then it installed fine.

Some computers also demand the install files to be on the same drive as you install on.

I MD5 checksum all my downloads from Avaya as I got burnt before. If you installed the same download somewhere else then you are OK but if not check the download to make sure that it is OK.

I have tried by copy the install folder to C Drive on same PC but still failed. Tried on other PC running Win XP Pro succeeded.

i had the same problem, solved it with installing SP3
