IPO 9.0.4 with UC Module

Having an issue with the VM Pro on the UC Module.

In SSA, the status of Voicemail shows: None

I believe I remember this being a password mismatch in the IP Office and the VM Pro itself. However, when I log in to security settings in Manager, I am unable to save the new password. Of course I am assuming the old password for VM Pro was Administrator.

Am I on the right course??

We're going to reinstall the software via the ISO image. Hopefully that will get this thing working.

The old password was none. It usually was empty.
You could try and reset the security settings on the IPO and see if the UCM then connects

You cannot use special characters in the password for voicemail btw. Only numbers and letters
