Having an issue with the VM Pro on the UC Module.
In SSA, the status of Voicemail shows: None
I believe I remember this being a password mismatch in the IP Office and the VM Pro itself. However, when I log in to security settings in Manager, I am unable to save the new password. Of course I am assuming the old password for VM Pro was Administrator.
Am I on the right course??
