IPO 9.0.1 Embedded Voice Mail Reboot issue

IPO 9.0.1 Embedded VM. One user has 142 new messages. He has been using VM to email and has not "cleaned out" his mailbox. The VM to email for his extension has also stopped working. The issue is, now if he tries to access his VM to retrieve his voice mail the system reboots. He is the only one with the problem. It doesn't matter if you press the message button on his phone or press *17 from any phone, the system reboots. I think it is a glitch with this software release. I am trying not to lose any of his new messages so my game plan is to upgrade him to 9.03 with the patch tonight. If that doesn't work I will delete his user and re-create it and set VM to email to forward vs copy since he doesn't do "housekeeping". Just wondering if anyone else has had this problem.

Setup a system shortcode *99, collect VM, ? , 0

Then dial *99 from any extension, the system will prompt for the mailbox.

That will cause a reboot as well since that is no different from the *17 short code that is in there now.

Yes there is.

*17 has ?U as the telephone number and will put you in the extensions mailbos directly.

My way you have to enter the mailbox and password, and this can be done from any extension.

I would try an upgrade as well.
Changing shortcodes will not help as the system has a problem with the amount of messages or new messages.

The upgrade did the trick. No problem accessing the VM and the VM to email is now working again for that user. Add another "bug" to the 9.0 release!
