IPO 8.0.18 and Voicemail PRO 8.1.9016_0

HI guys,

as the subject says, i have ipo 8.0.18 and vmpro 8.1.9016_0

from shortcode im able to recorded greeting, but when a call comes from outside it stays blank,
and call jumps to fallback extension

your system and your vm should have matching releases
make sure you are actually using the vm pro and not the embedded. Who the heck installed it with the mismatch or upgraded the vm without upgrading the system?
seems there are more and more "techs" out there that just randomly do things without doing their RTFM or having any experience with the product.

In what way was it rude? A trained tech would know not to mismatch software levels and that's probably the cause of the issue. If it was you who did it then its your own fault, but Westi didn't know that which is why he asked the question. He was just being right, not rude. Did you do it? Are you trained or just "having a bash at it"?
