IPO 7.0 with SCN

Have 2 sites with IPO 7.0 with voice networking authcodes in both, need to know how to route all outbound traffic out of site "B" to go out of site "A" PRI circuit.
Ive done this many times in Nortel BCM and CS1000 but never in IPO.

So on site B you have a System Short Code ? goin to Line Group ID Main.

Change the Line Group Main to the line group that goes to site A and Bingo all numbers dialed that don't match codes on B goto A.

If you are dialing 9 for a line out then in that case change the Line Group ID there to Site A.
