IPO 7.0.12 SIP Outgoing problem

Hi all,

I upgraded the system 5.0.22 to 7.0.22. My sip trunk not working now.

I traced SIP calls. and I found a problem. please check the trace to listed bellow

OVER 5.0.22 (WORKING FINE)

Diferent is via ip parameter.

1st trace via 195.33.241.34 (Public Address)
2nd trace via 10.10.10.10 (LAN1 address)

There is no change configuration after the upgrade. But I could't find eny thing to fix this problem.

SIP Trunk uses LAN1 network topoloji, Open internet and public adres has been set to 195.22.241.34

are you using a stun server though and does it work? when you hit Run Stun, does it fill your topology fields in?

yes I used but It did't work.

I tried all network topology settings. I couldn't change "Via: SIP/2.0/UDP 10.10.10.10:5060" to real ip. When I downgraded the system to 5.0.22 it worked.

 
Show us your ARS

You must have somekind of @10.10.10.10 in it i think.
You could also try it with:

N;
Dial
N line ID sip trunk.

I'm sure I haven't used 10.10.10.10 address any configuration except LAN 1 settings :)


I think Service provider can fix this issue. Because I have a other custom with same provider(System 6.0). Traces likes 7.0's trace.

 
So Lan1 is 10.10.10.10?
Do you have set "Use network topology" set to "Lan1" ???
If yes then set it to "None" and use an IP route to 212.252.48.5

Yes LAN1 is 10.10.10.10

I tried before that and i configured ip route.
