IPO 6.1.22 rebooting

I have a new customer with an IPO running 6.1.22 that randomly reboots. I see alarms in system status that the PRI is going down, but the entire system is rebooting, not just the users that are on the phone.

After reading some posts I was thinking of upgrading them to 9.1
Any other ideas?

Oh yeah,,,, system monitor also shows uptime since the last reboot,,,,like "system has been running for 4 hours", etc....

PRI failures can easily cause a IP Office to reboot, seen that many times.
I wonder if a upgrade solves the problem, maybe the system won't reboot but the PRI will stay problematic.
 
The system is still rebooting even after the upgrade to 9.1

Do you think I need to go back to the PRI carrier on this?
