I have a two phones now having this problem.
Problem is the the lights no longer light up. If you touch a button is call the person it should. It did work for a while the right way. Is their a station feature control to turn the lights off? It started at the receptionist phone and now it is happening at the backup station as well.
I replaced phone/DSS and power supply with a know working setup and the lights light up when you plug the unit in so I know they are working. But not when someone is on their phone or if you ICM anyone. I moved the thought bad setup to where I took the phone from and it works fine at that location.
