IPO 500V2 8.0 stops processing incoming calls

New installation of IPO 500V2 8.0 with (2) combo cards, has (6) inservice trunks and (10) digital sets. Incoming trunk route (0) has a destination of Auto Attendant with a rollover of (200)Main.
System work perfectly for approx (10) days and then out of nowhere stops directing calls to AA or rollover main, all I get is a ring no answer.
I have checked the system status (no Alarms) and line monitor no trunks are siezed also tested the lines at DMARK with test set good dial tone. System does dialout for outbound but no INBOUND at all, System does start working again after reboot but have had this reoccuring issue for over a month keep having to reboot.
 
Also, if you don't have caller id, make sure each line is set to loop start and NOT loop start caller id (which is the standard).
 
No caller ID is programed for Loop not CLID any other ideas? The problem I see with checking impedance on the lines is a reboot clears up the issue for several days.
 
For what you are describing, impedence can solve. I always run it with POTS lines. I had too many early on that seem to work fine, then you leave and they say calls aren't ringing in properly. Running impedence match has always fixed it for me.
 
If the impedance test fails , combo cards do have issues , also try recreating the sd card (last resort), also are you on the latest build of R8 if not well upgrade.

Yes, on latest 8.0(18) its a strange issue because a reboot clears the issue seems as if it were an impedance issue it would be constant as this occurs accross all (6)lines accross both combo cards. I called all six lines individually and all ring no answer yet ringing on my test set.Clears after reboot for a week or so.
 
can you swap the slots the combos are in , last resort reformat SD card or re upgrade system.
