A tech from our office went to a customer site to upload via Manager R11 an updated PLDS XML R10 license file to an IP Office 500 running 9.1. I was also told the IPO's security certificate is expired. He kept trying al always kept receiving the error "HTTP request failed: 401 Unauthorized". Is this because the certificate is expired or is it something else? The previous BP set the system up and changed every password under the sun on this system, is there a password that is tied to the HTTP request that we can change to get it to work?

The problem was that the account that the previous vendor had set up to use instead of the administrator I guess had a lower security setting. I reset the password for administrator and after I logged in it worked on the first try, no problems at all. Thanks for the help!
