IPO 500: cannot delete ARS

Hi,

System: IPO 500 v4.2(14).

Manager 6.2(14) fails to delete ARS forms. A popup message box says "The Main ARS form cannot be removed". Indeed, I am not trying to delete the Main ARS. Anyone knows where is
the problem or an alternate method to delete ARS?

You cannot delete the Main ARS.

You change the shortcode and point the ?/./Dial/50 Main to ?/./Dial/X where X is the outgoing line ID.

Bas, He isn't...when you create a new ARS even if you delete it straight away it fails and "The Main ARS form cannot be removed" Even though it isn't...try it. I have not found a solution I'm afraid.

Avaya Tier 3's only solution for us was default the box and start again.

Sorry miread the question, but indeed it didn't work.

You could try to delete it making an export to a CSV delete the ARS lines and do an Import again.

4.2.11 has the same problem

In noticed it last week but still had th eproblem after an upgrade to 4.2.14

I had it and I escalated to tier III.
They said actually the only choice to do that is by adding a second ARS table, then delete them all

Into the ARS field, right click, add new, assign a name to the new ars.
After doing that, select all the ARS you would delete (excepted the Main one which cannot be deleted), then right click, delete
