How can we restrict the informative announcement that your call will be recorded for security or quality purpose before agent answers the call on ip office 500 call center set up?

switch the recording warning on or off:
1.From the Voicemail Pro Client, click or select Administration > Preferences > General.
2.Click Play Advice on Call Recording to switch this option on (checked) or off (unchecked).
3.Click OK.
4.Click Save & Make Live.
