IPO 500 and Call Forward to external not working. 1

IPO 500 4.0.10, analog trunks.
I set up call forwarding for an external number on the user tab with Unconditional forwarding and all options for it enable.
I have trunk to trunk connect on my analog lines enable.

Now, when i call from the inside i do get tranfered.
When i call from the outside and somebody tranfers me to the forwarded extension it works to.
But if i call from the outside and dial the extention of the forwarded user i get his voicemail ?

Any ideas ?

Does the user that your forwarding have a physical phone or is it a phantom\hotdesk user? I had it happen to me on phantom\hotdesk users, but deleting and then re-adding the ext back resolved it for me so far.

You say "call from outside and dial the extension", so what is routing the call, eg, what sort of auto attendant or other service.
 
Assuming that you mean you dial an extn from a vmpro AA and use a blind transfer action then this is a known issue and quickest fix is to switch to an assisted transfer. I believe that there is a fix out for it now in the current 4.0 field trial.

Yes exactly blind transfer from the AA.

Could i use the assisted transfer with the $key ? for transfering all extensions (2xx,3xx, etc..) ?

BTW if anyone is interested in how to bypass completly this bug, you need to add a blind transfer after the assisted transfer (next, busy, no answer) so that way if you have phantom users you don't hit dead air...

Call forward works fine now, as it should have worked with the blind transfer... tss tss... hehe
