Does anybody experience this situation?
We have the system several year and recently encounter this. It happens to both digital and VoIP phones, but randomly and cannot be reproduced. In short, when it happend people hangs up and makes call again, and it's fine. I cannot figure out what wrong.

Thanks

Is this internal and external calls or just external? If external calls I have seen it a few times on ISDN trunks and it's a provider issue normally :)

It is more internal. Besides, we are far from the limit; only 60 phones.

Sounds like the system hardware is starting to pack in/go faulty, how old is the system and do you have maintenance with anyone? They don't last forever unfortunately :)

It's about 5 years. We had it with all default features. Is there any dianostic tools for it?

When you say it happens internal to.. Does it happen Digital station to digital station? or is it Digital to IP station??? If it is the later could be faulty VCM's
