Hi.This is a "continuation" of this problem:
The client had a 403 release 3.2.69. In their new offices they use 2 floors and because of cabling limitations 2 of the 3 digital exp modules have to be on the second floor, while the system and one module are on the third. Unfortunately the system does not register the 2 "remote" modules. We had to replace his system with the 406 mentioned on the other thread. The 406 recognizes the 2 remote modules and the client says that we broke his system and doesn't want to pay for the 406. He does not accept the argument that the distance between the 2 modules and the system is too big, as the 406 seems to have no problem with it. Is there an AVAYA tech article which can help in our arguments concerning the distance? Thx
