They go in the # SETTINGSEQNX section. That's 'Equinox' which is the former name of Workplace.

The earlier model checks for aca, aci, acm and acw match Avaya Communicator for Android, iOS, macOS and Windows respectively - Avaya Communicator being another former name for Workplace.

[You've gotta love/hate how maintaining anything Avaya is a journey through the marketing departments fixation that rebranding is the fix that people want.]

(You can just empty the file and put in the settings if you're confident that they won't mean anything to any of the other IP phones.)
