IPO 11.0.0.0 Build 849 SCN works then fails

HI Guys,

I have two IPO systems linked together with Small community network (SCN) Or now called IPO line. One site with VMPro and the other centralized vm. Both sites can call each other and vm works with a AA but after time the link goes out of service? I manage to get it back up again once I reboot both systems?

Note I didnt configured the VPN between both systems.

would anyone have any suggestions?

Yes you have a network issue, contact the network guys who built the vpn.

The person who set up the network doesn't seem too helpful. I will have to run a trace and monitor to see if I can capture anything? can you recommend what settings I should activate on the monitor tool. I cleared all and switched everything on within the SCN tab.
As they arnt that helpful it is a matter of proving there is something wrong on there network.

Setup the SCN lines to use web socket master/slave connection, it is a lot better as the default proprietary setting over a bad managed VPN.

It solved a similar issue between India/Bahrein/UK and Belgium SCN network.

As Intrigrant says. Also as Avaya are moving to only offering Web socket SCN it makes sense to migrate them to this type when you can.
