IPML error "Comms to IVRS broken"

I have reloaded the software of the Meridian Link card of my OP11, and now the GENESYS works correctly, but when I start the IPML of my IVR(Symposium Open IVR 4.0) I obtain the following errors:

"25214 - Null Pointer:Comms to IVRS Broken"
"25215 - Null Pointer:Comms to ACTS Broken"
"25216 - Null Pointer:Comms to LINKS Broken"
