Hi,
We are maintaining iPLDK300 system with 2 CO card and Auto attendant card.
Custom voice recorded on AA and when incoming call is landed then announcement is played and if we press any digit, then not working. Thai is digit is not taking by system and after announcement finishes, call is dropped.
LCOB8 CO card is used.

Please suggest us to solve this issue.

Thanks.

Hi

Are you using the correct Bin number in PGM228 for the message recorded? Message 001 relates to bin 01 in PGM228, Message 002 relates to bin 02 etc.

Disa Destination PGM167 will have TONE set for the first 3 entries. You can change these to ATD(Ring Assignment) or Hunt group. Basically if no digit is pressed at the end of the message it will forward to the ring assignment or Hunt group.

Is the message played straight away in PGM140 or do you have it ringing a Hunt Group first and thn playing a message in Announcement 1? You can't break out of any message in announcement 1 in a hunt group.

Ok, Press Trans *#..... TRANS/PGM..... the transfer key?.......sigh!

I have recorded in 01 and incoming call on 1100 attendant position. CO Ring Assignment (PGM 144/145)and Attendant Assignment and DVU annc.#(PGM 164/165)in 1100. not hunt group

Hi

Use PGM140 for announcement:

Trans PGM
140
Line Range
Flex Key 2
Press Flex key for either Day, Night, Weekend etc
Flex Key 1 and turn on
Flex Key 2 and choose message number
Hold/Save

You may have to delete the programming you did in PGM165.

Ok, Press Trans *#..... TRANS/PGM..... the transfer key?.......sigh!

Thanks for reply.

I will check it Sunday 13 March.
The problem is that when message is playing then caller is pressing number key but digit is not accepting.
Usually when key is pressing then message is going stop.
Can you please inform which module is responsible to DTMF function COT or AAIB card.

My understanding is the programming is terminating the incoming call to desired position and the system is not accepting the caller dial digit (digit not getting DTMF). Earlier in same setting, its working fine. Unfortunately message is deleted and 8COT new card is inserted, then trouble arise.

Thanks and looking for your response.

You need to follow eats instructions regarding PGM 140 to enable DISA.

Setting the message in PGM 144 does not enable DISA, it will play the message up to 9 times and cut you off ( depends on PGM 160 flex 4).

Set PGM 140 before worrying about DTMF.
