Hi Members

Now i know gain settings should never be played with but i have a client who feel thier music on hold (system based) is too loud. Sounds ok to me but does anyone know of pgm code to change the volume/gain for this.

Many thanks in advance.

Hello,

As you say the gains should not normally be changed....
First thing - make sure you take note of the default vaules before any changes are made.

If the lines are Analogue
PGM 404 Flex Key 11 - ACOB/Music 1
Flex Key 12 - ACOB/Music 2
Flex Key 13 - ACOB/Music 3

If the lines are ISDN
PGM 406 Flex Key 11 - DCOB/Music 1
Flex Key 12 - DCOB/Music 2
Flex Key 13 - DCOB/Music 3

Be carefull

Regards
Steve

Cheers SteveB, will certainly make a note before doing anything.
