ipldk VMIB message wait lamp

Hi everyone,
I have a digital phone which has the message waiting message in the display and the call back button is flashing. There are no messages to listen to. I've tried the usual things; rebooting the switch, using brandy to reset the vmib etc. The vmib access for this user is enabled. Is there a way of restting the extension. Like a feature clear etc.

Aside from dialing 557 and seeing if it's just a ghost message or not, I have no idea..

Hi Angel,
It was generated by one of the engineers on our system we use at our office. He was testing some slib2e cards with msgu cards on before deploying them at a site. I think he may have been trying inband signalling for the slib2e ports. This is a digital phone though. I did default the system and it cleared, as soon as I fired the back up back in it came back on, which I wasn't overly surprised at.
