IPLDK 300 Office Ver 3.8 LDP 7004 Transfer Button 1

Hi Everyone,
I have an IPLDK 300 Ver.3.8 populated with mainly LDP 7004 phones. The 7004 phones use the first flex key as a transfer key. One of the 7004s appears to have had it re-programmed to something else, a Loop Key or a Line Key etc. Is it possible that it has been changed to another feature? How can I change it back to a transfer key? There doesn't seem to be an option for a Trans button in Flex Key Programming. There does appear to be an option for it to be programmed for everything else!

Hi Mark

If you get another model of handset, LDP7008,7016,7024 and plug it into the socket then plug the original 7004 back in the socket the flex buttons will default back to normal.

Ok, Press Trans *#..... TRANS/PGM..... the transfer key?.......sigh!
