IPLDK 20 Ver 3.9Je 1

Hi Everyone,

I have just tried to put this system (IPLDK 20 Ver 3.9Je) into Night Service using the DND/FWD button on the 1st extension (Ext 100). It is set as the System Attendant!
When I press the DND/FWD button I get error tones and a message in the window saying "Password Not Registered"!! I should get options to change the service mode.
The .bin file that has been uploaded is GS66P-39Je-.bin
If I upload 3.9Ha there is no problem

Does anyone of any ideas?

Yeah the strange thing is that command Pgm 163 key 12 is available through keyset programming but it is not available from the programming tool. PC Tool ver is C.9Eb
Through the keyset Pgm 163 has a choice of flex key 01 - 13 but the tool only has 4 options.

I have the same problem on an LDK 100 system ver 3.6a. The LDP 9030 is coming on but not working. Please help.
