ipLDK-20 System

Hi guys, this is my first post here, so go easy

I have just acquired an office which alread has a LG ipLDK-20 compact system fitted. I would like to be able to setup this phone system by myself as I only run a small business with a few staff so paying for a maintenance contract is not really an option. I have been searching and reading for days now and as far as I can see, I need software called LDK PC Admin... I have tried everywhere to download it, using various searches on Google but to no avail. If anyone would be so kind to tell me where I can get it from, I would appreciate it.

I tried to send this file from different mail suppliers but as there exist an exe file (which i also have renamed), this sending of the LDK PCADMIN does not work.
Maybe you have an FTP server?
The s/w is 2.2 MB.

Rename the file from .doc to .zip and in the zip file - rename the setup.txt to setup.exe.

there must be files missing from the setup archive you sent me as it complains about a missing _setup.dll file.

I downloaded _setup.dll but now is complains about missing compressed library.

Any ideas ? I am running it on XP.

I got the software installed but I cant seem to communicate with the LDK-20. I am attempting to use the serial RS232 port (not usb 2 serial), but it does not respond. I configured it to use the serial port and then did not enter anything for the password.

Do I have to change any switches on the main board ?

Any ideas ?

Check PGM173 for the baud rate. Default is 19.200 b/s.

Is this the correct software for my system ? I ask because when I open the DB Upload/Download application it only has options for LDK300/300E and LDK100 there is nothing for LDK20. My system is LDK20 with 2.1 firmware. Can you check this is the correct software as it will not connect to the LDK no matter what settings I use.

You can log on from the keyset sitting in port 0 (zero), dialling [Trans/Pgm]+*+#+[Trans/Pgm].
The could be a security code.
Then enter the PGM number e.g.173 and see the data for your serial port.

You can use LDK-100 for connecting to LDK-20. No problem.
