I installed the lcob4 for analogue lines and did not store card 05 as well as 06 in pgm 103 now I cannot access the Bri lines.
The Bri lines were working on both 01-02 and 03-04 depending which port I used. Now I can access line 01-04 analogue lines only> I have since inserted slot 05 and 06 and tried configuring co lines 05-08 as isdn but without success. Could anybody help me with a list of what I need to do and the order I need to do it please.

Check your PGM140 and 141.
PGM141 should be enabled by setting it to CO group 1 for the active lines, and set to CO group 9 for the passsive lines.
Do this for each line - line by line.

As well as inserting BRIB and LCOB in PGM 101 you will also have to enter the Logical slot assignment in PGM 103. If you place in order 05,06 the Bri lines will be 1-4 then analogue 5-8. If you place in order 06,05 the analogue lines will be first as 1-4.

Thank you both for your replies. Sorry for not getting back to you sooner. Problem solved. sw3-1 was set to off. That is of course the very basics I know but I am new to this switch. Looking forward to learning a lot more.
Thanks again.
