I have CCR working and DISA works only in some cases, when autoattendant answers you can dial:

1. "1" or "2" as CCR menu options for two ring groups: it works
2. internal extension: it works
3. 0+password+#+external number: it works only if the external number is a mobile phone, in my country mobile phones begin with "6". There is a LCR rule to use a specific group of lines for mobile phones.
When the dialed number is a landline number (beginning with "9" or "8"), an unknown number is dialed using a group of PRI lines.

I'm using DID conversion 2, but I have tested 0 and 1 and the result is the same. I suspect that the first digits are being replaced by others, but I don't know the final dialed number.

I'm in a dead end, could somebody help me ?

Thanks in advance.

first of all connect the mpb up to a pc with ldkadm or hyperterminal and look at the smdr output to see what is being dialled , from there you can look at possible lcr routing etc, when you mention disa in lg you are talking about a analogue line feature.

ACSS (SME)

I'm using DISA calling from ISDN lines and from VoIP lines, but the result is the same. I'm gonna try to obtain a SMDR output and I'll post more data.

Thaks for your help.

I have obtained more data about DISA working:

- if I dial a mobilen umber, the number is dialed as expected. For example: 612345678 --> right
- if I dial a landline number, a "6" digit is dialed preceding the number: 912345678 is dialed as 6912345678

I have no idea about why this is happening.

Thanks in advance.

Hi,

Have you tried disabling LCR and performing the test? I know it would go out using the pri channels but as a test you would then know to start looking at how you can tweek your LCR programming.
