Hi again,

I have tried everything in the previous forum posts to activate inbound caller identification on our LDK 20 but to no avail. It used to work before I came on board and it was temporarily decommissioned but not now. When I brought it back on line it was in korean which I reset. I use the PC Admin software and MPB is UK66P-2.1Cc OCT/05

First you need to set the system to UK, if that is the country you are in.
Second, I need to know specific what you want.
Do you want to:
-See the number of the person calling in?
-Divert the calls to colleagues based on the caller ID (A-number)?
-Others?

It is currently set to UK with all other config done - hunt groups etc. I want to be able to display the customers number on the LCD and then maybe link it through to the station speed list.

You can set the country code to UK, but you will loose all the data base, if you change the country code is changed.

I reset the country code once it had came back online initially as the battery backup had failed - that was not the problem. Since there were significant hardware changes everything else was reset before being backed up but I just cannot get the incoming caller ID displayed.

Update: I found out that the issue was that when the line was upgraded from ISDN2 to ISDN2E the CLI subscription was not transferred at the same time.
