Hi Paul,

From the attendant handset (normally receptionist)

do 'TRANS/PGM

* # if password protected then enter

if not press TRANS/PGM.

Enter PGM number: 190
Enter Group number: next available ie 620, 621, 622 etc

Flex key 1: Group Type (option 6 for Pick-up)
HOLD/SAVE
Flex Key 2: Pick up att on/off (1 for on and 0 for off)
HOLD/SAVE
Flex Key 3: Members (ext numbers) enter a range ie 100-110 or you can assign individually by using flex key 1 as member 1, flex 2 for member 2 etc etc, also using volume key to move to member 5 - 8 and again for 9-12 and so on.

Exit using Speaker key.
