iPLD300 Incoming CO call not through to another ioPLDK300 connected via Net-CO

Hi,
We are using 4 iPLDK300 system with interconnect by VoIBE card and config are as bellow
Net-CO Numbering plan:
Site-A Station# 1xxx
Site-B Station# 2xxx
Site-c Station# 3xxx
Site-D Station# 4xxx
Now all the sites can dial directly by dialing station number.
Here Site-1 has CO lines and all net user using this trunk for both incoming and outgoing.

Site-a has AAIB card and all incoming call routed by greeting message.
Now problem is incoming call can't land on site-A only and all other site is ok
Please note that, Site-a to site-B station call is working, only when incoming caller getting message then caller if dial 2XXX then call can't terminated but if dial 1XXX or 3XXX or 4XXX then ok.

Checked the Net-CO config and CO-CO call termination with other end and looks same.
Please assist the probable fault location.

Sorry, here I have a mistake,

corrected problem is bellow--

Site-A has AAIB card and all incoming call routed by greeting message.

Please note that, Site-A to site-B station in out call is working, only when incoming caller getting message then caller if dial 2XXX then call can't terminated but if dial 1XXX or 3XXX or 4XXX then ok.

Hi

What about inserting a star or hash in front of your speed numbers in numbering plan, or changing the speed numbers to a different range and without a leading digit of 2? Plucking at straws but worth a try.

Site A has an issue with the digit 2. Normally you wipe the numbering plan locally so the local system does not have the same extensions as the remote sites. Have you checked the last port in PGM105 as that has an extension assigned for the modem use. Wipe it out if so.

Nu8mbering plan are-

4*** CO Group-1
and lat port-300 number is 1799 & no leading digit 2 in number plan

What about the speed numbers on Site A? Can you add a * or # in front of them?

Below is a sample and cheat sheet my engineers use for 'Networking basics'.

Both Sites require Network License
Both Sites require a Static IP Address
Both Sites require UDP 4000, UDP 5588 and UDP 7000-7315 forwarding to the Internal IPECS address
Both sites number plan have to be unique and can’t have the same range at both
Both sites to have a Loop Key programmed on each phone & have access to both CO line groups 1&2

Lines 9-12 into CO Group 2

Just double check the above and make sure the fields in pgm 322 in site A for Site B are at default values.

I checked and found no mismatch.
Site to Site in/out call is ok, no trouble. Only problem when incoming caller landed on Auto-attendant and dial 2xxx then call not route but for other site 3xxx or 4xxx call is route ok.

Intra-PABX call routing is working and think net- number digit mapping is ok.

Somewhere digit "2" is trouble for site-A but can't identified.
Above I attached the site user data for your help.

Here I checked the NET CO numbering and seems ok.

Here each site to site call is ok, it mean no wrong in net co numbering plan and CO route.
Further I checked with Site-B number with 5XXX using dedicated Net-CO route. The trouble is same.

My understand is in Site-A have no trouble and problem may in Site-B.
In site-A, call from AAIB is not transmitted to Site-B number with 2XXX. i.e Site-B not accepting dial digit from Site-A AAIB(Incoming outside CO call)

Please assist us.
