If I call the company from outside, the auto attendant answers. When I dial an extension, the called party must say something (like hello), then there is a beep to the called party, then audio cuts through. Unscreened transfer. Also, in MB 24-02-02 is set for ringback, but I get silence when transferred.

Embarrassing. Voice Mail was not InMail, it is LX. All boxes were set to await answer. Thanks for playing.
