IPK re-order tone.... 2

I have a strange issue......I've got an IPK with a VMS voice mail..with analog c.o. lines...recently the customer changed carriers..they brung in a T-1 and broke it out analog with a channel bank...Ocassionally when the customer is talking on an outside line all of a sudden they get a re-order tone (fast busy)...also,when checking voice mail's after the message,instead of getting the time date stamp you get the re-order tone....any ideas???...Thanks for your help....

Open a ticket with the carrier.
Is it from all phones or some of the phonesets? If some of the phonesets, check if there is a switch-hook issue.

Thanks ctvi....When I checked the c.o. lines again,I realized the carrier wasnt giving me a disconnect from an outside caller...just a re-order tone for about 20 seconds before finally disconnecting...One thing I've noticed over the years is if the carrier is using ADTRAN's for there channel banks...they dont like NEC c.o. cards for some reason..

If they are being passed to the next message it is a caller hanging up ...
