IPK II phone doesn't ring 1

Hello everybody, here we have the IPK II pbx and the extension 540 doesn't ring when another extension dials the 540 number but it rings when the call is from the PSTN. I really don't have experience with the system IPK II, if somebody could help I will appreciate it a lot.

Check the DND settings. You can have internal DND turned on and external DND off.
