IPK II-IP Phone on PVA Card

I have an IPK II and am trying to test an IP Phone (ITH-8D) Megaco phone. It appears everything is programmed correctly but the phone will not come up. Anyone know the proper steps to set this up?

The IPK II system is so new that I doubt many people here have much experience with it. If you are a NEC Tech then you will probably want to post that question to the NTAC forum. Also, version 1.10 is avaiable so make sure you update your CPU.

Is the phone set to DHCP or static IP addressing?; Is your network/firewall doing any port blocking? Have you done all the necessary programming of the phone itself?
