IPK Call Forward External

I have an IPK with 1.02 software and a VMS voice-mail.I'm trying to set up call forwarding external from an extension to a cell phone.When it forwards external to the cell phone it will only ring twice before it jumps to the main geeting.Also if I answer the cell phone in time it has the main greeting bridged in...I allowed it in 1-8-08........Thanks for your help...

I ran into the same problem with an IPK v1.7 and an Elitemail. I can't honestly remember what I did to fix the problem. I will look through some notes and post back if I find anything.
