IPK 2 Programming Software & Manual

I have a client that has an IPK 2. They need assistance on programming and mtc. How can I go about getting the programming software and / or manual?

If you use the WebPro tool you do not need any software. WebPro is real time and no upload or download of database is needed. All you need is a TCP/IP connection and the IP address of the CPU. The default address is in the manual. It's been 5-6 months since I've worked on one so my memory is poor.

Default IP address is 172.16.0.10

Thanks for the assist. The system is actually the Electra Elite IPK. This requires SAT software, i believe, where can I get that?

The SAT software is only availabe to NEC dealers, most IPK Techs do the programming thru the phone, it is much more reliable in my opinion.
