We finally have our ones mobile app on the iPhone working well with our IPO (now on version 9 with SP1). We have the following questions/issues and was hoping someone could provide the answer. Our installer is at an Avaya U course in NJ this week (he spent most of his career on Nortel stuff so Avaya is relatively new for him).
1) How can you transfer a VoIP call from the iPhone back to a wired handset (like you can do with a twinned call). And vice-versa.
2) Most times when on a VoIP call and a cellular call comes through to the iPhone, the call gets dropped. Is there anyway to set things up so the VOIP calls has priority and doesn't get put on hold (which is what it is supposed to do but only works about 50% of the time).
3) Where are the codecs set for the VoIP calls through one-x mobile on the iPhone. I've found that I'm having a problem herein the upstream/outgoing has dropped packets while the downstream is perfect. I had this happen on both LTE and WiFi where the WiFi was a 75 megs FIOS connection (and the office has a 100 meg fiber line).
4) How can one setup a dialing rule so that you can call someone from your iPhone address book and have the 9,1 inserted, without it inserting the 9 and 1 on the other calls in the caller ID log or voicemail list?
