Is there an overall ipeicode for the DT 368? The phone is locked and, it the ipeicode is not stated on the phone.

To find the IPEI code of your telephone:

Select info in the DT368 menu. (Use arrow/scroll keys)
Press YES.
Select ShowIPEI (Use arrow/scroll keys).
Press YES.
The IPEI code is displayed.

MDsup

As i noted before, the phone is locked, so i cant get in to the menu.

Have you looked at the Keyword Search or FAQ's to see if anyone else has had this problem?

I have looked it up in the FAQ's and i searched "unlocking/ipei code", but there is only a solution for the DT 2XX and not for the DT 368.

Hi Thebanker,

Try this:

0000707402170

to unlock your DT368.

nschreuder:

The backdoor code you suggested works with DT 2** only...Not with DT 368...
CPM is required for DT 368...

Anyhow try the belowsaid solution but its not tested, so no confirmation but you won't loose anything in the trial:

First start a unit trace on CTLP:

<STUNI:UNIT=CTLP,LIM=1;
<STTSI:TRI=1;

Then try to register the dect in MD110 (unsuccessful)...

<STTSE:TRI=1;
<STRAP:TRI=1;

TRACE IND READ RESULT
TRACE INDIVIDUAL NO 1
TIME LINE(S)
.....
20.50.19.480 00009 SWSW SIGNAL GETDIRNUM (H'0041)
FROM CTLP (H'0173) EXE A IN LIM 001
TO CTLMP (H'0172) EXE A IN LIM 001

010 H'FF H'FF H'02 H'00 H'0B H'06 H'02 H'00 H'02 H'8C

Now look at the EMC (D04-D05) and PSN (D06-D09),
convert EMC to 5 decimal digits and then
PSN to 7 decimal digits and then and try to add the 13:th
checksum digit:

<CXAKI:DIR=541,AUTKEY=01234567,IPEI=0047208160881;
NOT ACCEPTED
IPEI
NOT IN RANGE
<CXAKI:DIR=541,AUTKEY=01234567,IPEI=0047208160882;
NOT ACCEPTED
IPEI
NOT IN RANGE
....

<CXAKI:DIR=541,AUTKEY=01234567,IPEI=0047208160880;
EXECUTED

Now register the dect successfully.

BR,

Hi all
singhbrindisi
the last digit is from 0 to 9 you have right
but * (star) can be used too

RFPUI:

Its true , you need to try all the values for the checksum which are *&0&&9....( Total ten values)..

BR,

RFPUI:

Agrees with you...Last digit is represented from 0 to 10
( 10 is represented with * )...

BR,

Hello Thebanker,

Singhbrindisi is right.

The code i mentioned is only for DT290 and not for DT368.

I'm truely sorry!
