Hi

We have recently moved a customer on an IPECS50A from analogue lines to SIP Trunks on Voiceflex. The system is on vers 6.1 and the customer can dial out on the SIP Trunks but cant receive incoming calls. All you get is busy. I've followed the normal documents from our supplier but Voiceflex have come back to us saying that on the incoming call invite, the system is ending back '404 not found'. Any ideas?

Hi Eat4treats,
Have you set the SIP lines to DID, and set the use modify digits table (PRG 145,I think) to PRG 231. Effectively treat the SIP lines as you would ISDN.

Hi Dave

Yes the lines are set to DID and to follow PGM231. Ive also set up ring assignment and DISA DEST just in case for failover. Changed the destination in PGM231 to a station to rule out a hunt group issue.

LG have changed a couple of program steps which I'm about to test so will let you know.
